LEMON MUDSLIDE COOKIES

1 box Lemon Burst Cookie Mix
1 packet Missouri Mud Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
3 cups chocolate chips
Himalayan pink salt (optional)

Instructions

Prepare and bake the Lemon Burst Cookie Mix according to directions on the box (do not flatten cookie dough balls). Let cool. Blend Missouri Mud Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix with softened cream cheese until well blended. Spread about a teaspoon of cheesecake mixture on each baked cookie. Place in fridge for about 10 minutes to allow cheesecake to set on cookie. Melt chocolate chips, then dip
each cookie in chocolate until completely covered. Drain off excess chocolate and place on parchment lined cookie sheet until set. If desired, sprinkle each cookie with a bit of Himalayan pink salt.
